The tools and calculators provided on Jetfolio are for informational and planning purposes only. They are NOT intended to replace official regulatory guidance, your company's approved procedures, or professional judgment. All flight duty calculations, fatigue assessments, and compliance determinations must be independently verified against 14 CFR Part 135 regulations, your Operations Specifications (OpSpecs), and company policies. Pilots in Command retain final responsibility for all operational decisions. Never rely solely on these tools for flight safety decisions.

By creating an account or using any Jetfolio services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent website notice.

2. Description of Services

Jetfolio provides aviation-related software tools designed to assist FAA Part 135 operators, including but not limited to:

Flight & Duty Calculators: Tools for calculating flight time limitations and rest requirements
Fatigue Risk Management: Assessments and tracking for fatigue-related factors
Training Management: Record keeping and compliance tracking for training programs
Operational Planning Tools: Route analysis, quoting, and scheduling assistance
Compliance Documentation: Templates and tracking for regulatory requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Be at least 18 years of age

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M5 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any regulatory violations, fines, or penalties
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Personal injury or property damage arising from use of our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M5 LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Any operational decisions made using our tools

All content, features, functionality, software, and trademarks on Jetfolio are owned by M5 LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
Use our trademarks without written authorization
Create derivative works based on our services

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of data you input into our services. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and store this data solely for providing and improving our services. We will not share your operational data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our services
Extended periods of inactivity
